Overview

The “Dance For A Wish” showcase will raise funds to sponsor wishes for children of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, San Diego Chapter.  The show is themed and each piece will convey a message of the what is in the choreographer's heart. It provides a channel for the audience, the dance community, and our new wish child to connect and be a part of something powerful and life changing. We believe in preserving the arts, raising awareness, and providing positive role models for the community. “Dance For A Wish” is a one-day event consisting of 2 shows. We rent a theater and invite local artists to produce works specifically created for this show.  All artists, dancers, and staff volunteer their time and energy. We come together for the love of dance and for making a positive difference within the community.
