Overview
Before Stefanie Spielman, wife of NFL great Chris Spielmen, lost her 10 year battle with breast cancer, she authored a book entitled "Breast Cancer Boo Boo". The book chronicles the experience of a mother’s breast cancer through the eyes of her children and is intended to help children better understand and deal with the effects of cancer.
Stefanie's dream was to see this book published and distributed to children who had a loved one fighting this terrible disease. Unfortunately, Stefanie lost her battle before she could see the book published and distributed, however, Chris and many of Stefanie's friends committed to publish this worthy book through their cancer caregivers association called Strong Hearts ---- a tribute to the strong bond that Chris and Stefanie maintained throughout her battle with breast cancer and his resolve to be her cancer caregiver.
