Overview
The "Empower Students and Teachers by Providing Technology" project will create a learning environment in which students and teachers will be innovative and creative. The project will allow Stafford Schools to build communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills through a multitude of technology. This technology will allow endless possibilities for students and teachers, some of which will include: creating a digital portfolio, iPod audiobooks, original music, digital photography, multimedia videography, educational podcasts, and a secure local Wikispace.
This project will allow for circulation of the stated technology equipment throughout the media center. The media center will act as a resource hub for teachers and students to borrow this state-of-the-art equipment from MacBooks, to iTouch iPods, to iPod Shuffles equipped with student created audiobooks, to iPads, and video equipment.
