Our non-profit organization provides hearing aids to individuals who are not able to afford them for themselves.  We also provide interpreter services at events for hearing impaired and deaf individuals.  This grant would assist us in accomplishing our mission.  We are an all volunteer organization.  No individual on the Board of Directors, any of the volunteers or any other persons (other than the sign interpreters) receives a salary or monetary compensation for their time or talents.

Assistance is given to those individuals who are able to show they are not able to afford the hearing aids themselves.

Assistance to organizations needing interpreter services is given to those who are not able to afford the services. 

We have been providing this service for a year and all processes have been established.
