Overview

The Skate into Tomorrow program seamlessly combines nutrition education with exercise instruction and physical activity. The program will provide at-risk youth living in South Farmington with physical recreation, educational opportunities and nutritional support. In addition to building healthy habits, participants will learn about skateboarding and practice techniques in a closely supervised venue. The children, ages 10 to 18, also will have opportunities for character development and job skills training. Overall, the program will support children in a safe, drug free environment.
