water has the chemical compisition of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen by splitting them you create a fuel that emits only oxygen and water if my project can produce it fast enough it will run any gasoline engine (automobiles, generators ect.)

i have been studying this for many years and it is time to put my theories to work
