The "Refresh Burwood Park & Pool" would revitalize a 35 plus year old neighborhood park for all the families to use and improve their time together. It will allow and encourage more people to use this city park and pool.Improvements:Sand blast & Repair pool area repaint poolUpdate guarding equipmentAdd family swim time in the summerReplace fencing and add green area to pool areaReplace play equipment with new that will allow 50 children to play at one time Add a toddler area to the play equipmentAdd an exercise equipment areaReplace picnic shelter with bigger one2 new grills   New Picnic tableAdd trash cans throughout the parkNew cornhole play areaUpdate the restroomsPaint the Shelter HouseReplace shelter DoorsAdd new  ping pong table

How will the 250K be Used?

Budget Notes: Our budget does not include to removal of all the old equipment or the installation of the play ground safety surface. These are jobs that can be done by our Public Works employees. As well as painting of shelters and other small task.
