Build a viewing pavilion to provide shelter from the heat and sun in summer, and shelter from the rain and cold in spring and fall.Install solar LED lights.Use green technology to decrease the footprint Alton High School makes on the world.

| Budget Notes: Grant funding is available through the Illinois Clean Energy Act that will cover a majority of the light costs. We estimate $30,000 will be our share. | |
