Overview
The "Project NEXT Bash" is a FREE CONCERT event that is held to REWARD students who achieve and maintain honor roll status (3.0 GPA or higher).
This event was created to help give students in grades 6-12 a tangible motivator to focus on trying harder.
The concert is held at the end of the school year and each student who meets the honor roll qualification is awarded 2 free tickets to the concert which features local and/or national artists. We support this effort with a high school and middle school tour during the school year to talk to the students about the importance of education and to give them a glimpse of the high energy performances they can expect to see at the actual concert.
Deliverables:
- This program sets the pace for the school year by motivating students to take eduacation more seriously through music; a vehicle they can easily relate to.
- Last year over 11,000 Michigan students were registered for the program by their schools.
