Goals

  • To develop a web-based network for free tutoring in mathematics

Overview

To develop a web-based educational network between college and K-12 students who are in need of tutoring but unable to finance it

To inspire college students to support youth from all socioeconomic backgrounds

To provide children of America with free access to a higher education and uncover talents

Many college students majoring in mathematics and science are looking for internship positions and/or volunteer opportunities and are willing to help those in need of tutoring. The idea is to engage such college students by providing them with internships where they will tutor K-12 students via the web-based educational network. The educational network will provide the K-12 students and tutors with a great learning experience and will allow college students to serve as role models for future generations of young talent in America. This service will be free regardless of location or socioeconomic capabilities and will include web-based lectures from renowned scientists and mathematicians
