Dance & Art Therapy for Children with Autism and their FamiliesKardon Institute for Arts Therapy

The Family Music and Movement Circles Program incorporates two of modalities, music and dance/movement therapies in a group setting for eight week sessions. Parents and siblings (up to two per participant) are invited to participate with the child.  Groups are divided into two sections, ages 3-5 and 6-10.  The sessions are held at Kardon Institute offices in a large dance studio.  There is ample free parking on our premises and the building is fully accessible. An upfront nominal fee is charged per family to encourage regular attendance throughout each eight week series.  Simple rhythm instruments are given to each family to use for carrying over activities in the home.
