- To educate people about conservation in the US historically and today
- To get people talking about our relationship to the earth
Overview

It will frame his life in the historical context of the American environmental movement, while tracing his legacy in conservation projects today. The film will encourage audiences to think about Leopold’s land ethic idea and how it may apply to the environmental problems we face today.
Leopold's legacy lives on today in the work of people and organizations across the nation and around the world.
