Overview

The GRCC strives to nurture the unique gift each child brings, to encourage all to reach for excellence, and ultimately, to create responsible and compassionate citizens of the world. The critically acclaimed GRCC consists of 80+ boys and girls, aged 8-18, grouped in 5 choirs ranging from true beginner to advanced chorister. The 09-10 roster includes students from over 40 different schools, and students represent widely diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.  Costs are $475/student/year including camp, plus travel and attire.  Students rehearse 90 minutes to 3 hours weekly at Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, centrally located for the greatest access by our low-income members.
The GRCC offers a significant number of scholarships (30% + of members) to economically disadvantaged students who cannot afford the tuition fees and travel expenses associated with performances. Two of the choirs will travel to Nashville and Memphis this summer!
