Overview
Built in 1916 as St. John's Catholic Church, the building which now houses the main offices and visual art studio serves as an anchor for the work of the colony, reflecting tradition, but also looking forward. The colony supports a variety of art, but is sorely lacking for ceramics facilities. We have the plans, we have the staff to teach, we have the artists ready to explore. We just need the right build-out and equipment to make this fantastic space even better for more types of artists.
