Refresh a successful 1:1 computer program in our middle schoolMcGinnis Middle School

Our school has benefited from a 1:1 laptop initiative, but the project only served a small group of 7th and 8th graders within the school.  The equipment is now old, but the initiative has instilled a 21st century learning climate for our school and we'd like to get some of that same classroom environment into some 6th grades.  We would buy mobile carts for 2 teams of 6th graders to connect globally with  other schools, engage in project based learning, and create learning communities within the district.
