Overview
Girls With Sole is a grass-roots organization that offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness programs, including yoga, dance and tradtional team sports to girls (ages 9-17) who feel they are at risk of, or have experienced abuse of any kind. (Bullying, Dating Violence, Neglect, Emotional, Physical or Sexual Abuse.) They are 100% free of charge, and take place in various venues in and around the city Cleveland. Programs change and grow as the demand grows; according to how many Instructors we can hire, as well as, how many venues are secured to conduct the programs.
Many of these girls would otherwise have no place to participate in sports or group exercise in a safe environment, or have access to group athletics. Focusing on healthy living, good nutrition, exercise and wellness will help girls make healthier choices in other parts of their lives, making a positive impact on our community as a whole.
How will the 25K be Used? |

| Budget Notes: In one year we want to have 15-20 venues secured to conduct programs. These venues need to be easy for the girls to get to, but also condusive to conducting a wide range of activities in a private and safe environment. Paying a facility for use allows us to control these very important factors. | |

| $ 4,320 | Recruit, Hire and Pay Qualified Fitness Instructors |
| $ 5,000 | Fitness Equiptment such as mats, balls, obstacle course, etc. |
| $ 3,000 | Bus Fare for girls who can't afford it, and have no transportation. |
| $ 6,830 | Provide Athletic Shoes for the girls. |
