Overview

NFFTY (National Film Festival for Talented Youth) showcases work by filmmakers 22 and under from across the U.S. in Seattle, Washington, with special recognition to films that have environmental, social justice, or peace-related themes. NFFTY provides a framework in which young filmmakers can find their voice and learn from one another. Deliverables: 4 day film festival April 29-May 2 2010 100 + films screened (shorts, features, animation, documentary, action sports, experimental) 50% of films from youth 18 or younger 40% of films from female filmmakers and 25% from youth of color
