Competitive Events Program inspires young people assume leadership roles in their school, community and in their career areas of interest. DECA’s Competitive Events also inspire young people to continue their education by providing scholarships, prizes and awards to help them realize their education, personal and career goals. Roughly 120,000 young people, annualy, participate in DECA's Competitive Events Program.
