Goals
- To deliver 55 weeklong backcountry trips in 2010 at no charge
- To provide all necessary equipment so teens can just show up
- To hire one teen alumni for each trip to be a Peer Leader

BCM Trips:- provide wilderness opportunities to under-resourced teens- are desgined to increase teens self-awareness and self-efficacy- have a unique 1 to 1 ratio- are comprised of rituals and routines designed to promote group development
