Overview
Bandaids's stated mission is to embrace the powerful role that music can have in inspiring and enlivening ideas and actions in the world. We accomplish this by fostering and supporting the creation and promotion of music by new and established artists and by providing a positive space for fans to connect from across the country.
In the coming year, Bandaids hopes to expand this mission by developing relationships with new artists and by introducing new fans to the community.
We intend to accomplish this with the following two-pronged strategy:
(1) By establishing 40 new artist online communities in the coming year, focusing on maintaining a balance between developing artists to help them find an audience as well as established artists to bring more music fans into the Bandaids Community.
(2) By hosting an annual Undiscovered music search contest to give new and unsigned artists a chance to connect directly with Bandaids's passionate audience of music fans.
