Overview

After receiving countless emails from survivors all over the world, Angela Shelton created The Survivor Manual (run by the Angela Shelton Foundation) in order to share the many avenues of healing and pathways to joy that she has learned.

Our vision is to create a hub of healing information for survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, like a Huffington Post of healing.  We have healers, teachers, therapists, activists, heads of non-profits organizations, lawyers, professionals, and survivor contributors as well as Angela Shelton herself. The hope is that survivors and supporters find the answers they need for whatever part of the path they are on.

Deliverables:

  • A series of 32 videos of healing techniques (from how to get out of a panic attack to how to calm down from rage and anger)
  • Posts on the Survivor Manual (www.survivormanual.com) where survivors and supporters can watch the videos 24/7
  • A downloadable package (that includes a workbook) for offline viewing
