We have located a perfect open floor plan (no pillars!) warehouse space for our new theatre located smack-dab in the preferred Asbury Park downtown area. The open space area has direct street access and is 40 ft. wide and 100 ft. deep with 30 ft. steel beam construction ceiling height which will allow us to provide: - 6 main-stage productions with a total yearly audience of over 12,000 - Internship opportunities for college students - opportunities for community members - Monthly reading series of new works in development - Workshop productions of two new plays or musicals - 4 youth theatre productions - 4 Cabaret productions showcasing young new composers - Theatre arts-in-education Classes for youth & adults - Use by other local arts groups and organizations
