Overview
America has a prolific, eloquent, and cherished artistic history. But the future of the arts depends on dedicated, talented individuals pursuing their desired art form – be it acting, directing, designing, dancing, filmmaking, playwriting or choreography. These are the very areas that are recognized by the Princess Grace Awards, which gives students and emerging artists the financial means and encouragement to keep going with their artistic training. Each year 20-25 emerging artists are given grants to pursue their studies, produce their thesis projects, or take that job at a non-profit arts institution that will literally help to change their lives. With $250,000, the Princess Grace Awards can help to ensure the future of artistic excellence.
