Overview
LIFT's project aims to put 7,000 thousand individuals and families on a path out of poverty in the US in the coming year. LIFT will do this by training volunteers to deliver the highest quality service, and will expand community outreach in its 5 core regions so that clients can more readily access LIFT's resources.
The equation is simple: the more people who know about LIFT’s presence in their community, the more people LIFT is able to serve. LIFT’s ultimate goal is to see the maximum number of families possible secure stable income, housing, education, healthcare, and basic necessities.
Deliverables:
7,000 clients served in the areas of employment, housing, public benefits, and referrals
3 national trainings for staff and monthly ongoing trainings for volunteers
New informational materials to advertise LIFT's services in its respective cities
