Overview
Installing new theatre seats is one step towards transforming an old church into a fully functional theatre space for youth and families.
By installing new, comfortable seats, the expereince of audience members will increase, thereby drawing larger audiences to support the young performers, and expanding their enjoyment and growth, inspiring and empowering them to continue to explore the world around them and discover valuable life skills through theatre, while at the same time encouraging additional youth to experience the joy of live theatre both on and offstage, creating well rounded young leaders with strong public speaking skills.
DELIVERABLES
Installation of 165 used theatre seats
Increase to minimum 100 tickets sold for every peformance in 2010-2011 season (total: minimum 1200 student & family members expereincing literature based productions in 12 months)
$10,000 in donations from individual & corprate donors to be used toward the theatre academy
