The Building
   Approximately 15,000 sf. It should be open and inviting with enough additional space to allow for growth. Ample parking should be available not only for cars but for buses as well. Interstates, major traffic routes, and public transportation should be within close proximity. It should be located in a safe area that is perceived to be welcoming to families.
 Approximately 50 to 55% of total square footage will be devoted to exhibits . The remainder will include 2-3 galleries. These galleries can be used as multi-purpose rooms including educational instruction, science fairs, meeting rooms, demonstrations, and special events.
 There are several existing dormant elementary schools which owned by the city which can easily be renovated to make the dream a reality!
