Overview

The Odessa Brown Medical Clinic in Seattle provides medical and related services to children and their families. Patients receive quality care in an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance. The majority of patients are from low-income families that are diverse ethnically, racially and economically. Current Clinic revenues barely cover less than half the cost of services provided. Medical care for children is a priority.  The Clinic depends on outside donations, and the funds from the Pepsi Grant will be carefully and ethically monitored by Dr. Ben Danielson, OBCC Medical Director.  Lenny Wilkens Foundation works in partnership with the Clinic's mission:
This Children’s Clinic is an enduring community partner with a dedication to promoting quality pediatric care, family advocacy, health collaboration, mentoring and education in a culturally relevant context.
